An online feel-good fundraising effort for a man who was seen eating a sandwich on youtube has reached $450,000 and is growing, however no one actually knows why the fund was set up in the first place.

More than $450,000 has been donated to David Salzburg, a 28 year old graphic designer, who appeared on a 10-minute video earlier this week eating a chicken salad sandwich in a park in, near Rochester, N.Y.

The fund was set up by Salzburg's family; after it became apparent that American's will donate money to any unworthy cause, following the ridiculous fund set up for a fat woman, with pubic hair on her head who cried after a few kids called her fat!

Salzburg, who can be seen on the footage simply eating a sandwich, says he is flabbergasted by the donations but confused.

"Why anyone would want to send money to me is strange, surely there are better causes people could donate to, such as starving children, sick children, a charity for homeless people, veterans, abused animals, hospitals, anything really, it is kind of weird!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
