Libyan jets were seen over London today to protect British citizens who were taking part in a demonstration and were being attacked by police.
A spokesman for Col. Gadaffi said, "The UN allows us to intervene to protect British citizens from being beaten and killed by police acting for the British government. Libya has been concerned, recently, at the number of attacks on peaceful demonstrators by British police and is calling for other Arab states such as Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain and Saudi to join a coalition to enforce a no fly zone to ground British police helicopters who have been engaged on secret missions to photograph protesters so they can be later attacked by government forces."
America refused to join the Arab coalition because it claimed that democratic governments like America and Britain are allowed to use police to attack their citizens because the governments are democratically elected - even allowing for hanging chads and Liberal Democrats.
