A South London woman has failed her driving theory test 90 times at a cost of £2,790.
Now, even if she manages to pass the test, no examiner can be found to take her for her practical.
The Driving Standards Agency disclosed details of the 26-year-old's 90 failures after a request under the Freedom of Information Act to find the country's worst drivers.
The details also revealed that a 39-year-old man from the West Midlands has failed the practical test 36 times.
Said a spokesman for the Organisation of Those Guys Who Take You For Your Driving Test said: "What a bloody joke. Hah!
"There is no way - absolutey no way, Jose - that any of my members want to take this woman for the practical test. They refuse to get in a car with someone who still doesn't know which side of the road we drive on after 90 attempts!
"Does she even know where the brake is?"
