The Labour party has issued harsh new guidelines to shadow ministers in an attempt to ramp up pressure on the Coalition Government.
Any minister with a policy idea will have to complete a form and wait for leader Ed Milliband and Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls to approve the costing before it can be announced.
A Labour spokesman announced "This is just one of a raft of new measures aimed at keeping a focus on the direction of the party and ensuring that we are all singing from the same page.
Another innovation will see all those attending shadow cabinets meeting having to notify the secretary no less than 48 hours in advance if they want to ask any questions ".
When asked if the ministers will have to put their hand up if they want to go to the toilet, the spokesman replied " Of course not, that would be going too far.
That measure will be introduced next month".
