Devon - (Groomers): Accused predator Jake Ormerod's arrest has shocked locals who've long forgotten Michael Jackson's 2003 Exeter City Football Club rant.
The 19 year-old suspect is allegedly part of a Devon-wide paedo ring that's just been busted after a lengthy probe.
