A spokesman for the Jackson family has confirmed that 'The King of Pop' Michael Jackon, will rise from the dead in Easter 2011.
A statement from the family read, "We are pleased to confirm that Michael Jackson will be resurrecting himself this forthcoming Easter. It is something he always spoke about wanting to do, so it gives us immense pleasure to make this announcement".
Sources understand that MJ felt a christ-like resurrection manouvre, was a necessary step in his quest to continue to spread a global message of peace and love, to all men, women and children.
Protest groups have gathered outside the Los Angeles HQ of the late pop stars record company, Sony. One protester told us, "Do I want him back, no I do not sir. A dead nonce is better than an alive one". One protester held a sign saying, 'Resurrection, I'll chop off your erection', another simply said "F*ck off".
The resurrection is expected to be screened live on box office tv. We understand that Jackson will hold a post-resurrection press conference.
