Men who donate sperm for IVF treatment should be paid more than women who donate their eggs, it has been claimed.
Laura Witjens, chair of the National Gamete Donation Trust who has donated her own eggs reckons most people are not aware of the "serious commitment" involved in sperm donation.
"Damn straight," said Onan Glans, of the Semen Donors Support Group. "It's quite clear from our research that it's bloody hard work jerking off!
"Oh yes, women tend to think we just wake the little general up and knock one out.
