Unpaid reporter Inchcock Chambers reports that his morning, on Parliament Street in Nottingham, outside the Job Centre Plus offices, an altercation over car parking took place.
There was the Lord Mayors Jaguar parked, as he was visiting the Ukrainian Support Centre next door to the Job-centre Plus offices, and this blocked the view of a white-van-man exiting the entrance to the premises, causing a collision with an unemployed benefit seekers Audi 5, that skidded hitting the Lord Mayors Jaguar, pushing into the Job-centre Plus managers Skoda Estelle.
The police and traffic wardens were on the scene within second, and Police Superintendent J Olly, commented: "The Lord Mayors Jaguar has damage to the bumper. Charges will follow."
The benefit claimant was taken to hospital with a suspected pricking of the conscience.
The white van man, is suing the Nottingham Council.
The traffic wardens had their picture taken next to the Lord Mayors Jaguar.
The JCP Manager's Skoda Estelle was destroyed in the collision. He commented: "At last!"
