image for Economy better and worse
Turner Prize contestant

A report from a body set up to clarify the economic crisis has said that the economy is better and worse.

Talks about talks and consultations about consultations, together with committees discussing committees and steering groups stirring it all up have resulted in a picture too difficult for anyone to understand. It will be entered for the Turner Prize next year.

Meanwhile back in the real world politicians are being interviewed for 24 hour news 24 hours a day as they preach the value of austerity to the nation.

It must be very important. Value added to tax burdens, to cuts and crisis, why do we put up with this shit?

Does anyone know what is going on and why? Stocks and shares don't break my bones but they send me to sleep.

He says 'you can' I say 'you con'. He says 'my way' I say 'my wee'. Together 'Lets call the whole thing off.'

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
