Children's entertainers The Chuckle Brothers, alias Paul & Barry Chuckle, have been on television, for twenty one years and they tour the country with their stage shows every year.
Although their slapstick comedy is mainly for children some of their sketches have jokes only adults can understand so that's why when they appear in any city or town now you see adults queuing up to see them, mingling up next to children pretending they are with the children that are going to see the show.
It makes you realise how times have changed as years ago children would approach you while you were queuing to get in to the cinema, saying can I say I am with you as children must be accompanied by an adult.
For years there have been rumours that the The Chuckle Brothers, are actually Father & Son but this is nonsense Barry was born 24th December 1944 and Paul was born 18th October 1947.
