A madman known as Mad Marty Morrison was today sectioned under section 4 of the mental health act. Marty was taken away from outside number ten downing street for causing a disturbance.
He was sectioned as an emergency case under section 4 of the mental health act and can be held for up to 72 hours for observation.
Just before Marty was gagged and Straight Jacketed he was shouting out "Why do you have a mad man in number ten and why are around 30% of you still going to vote for him are you feckin mad."
It seems free speech is not allowed for example in America recently a man was tasered and arrested by a group of police in a public meeting just because he asked John Kerry was he a member of secret society SKULL & BONES.
