The Politically Correct Office of England and Wales has officially struck another word out of the dictionary: Cow. A spokesman for the PC Office claimed that vegetarians found this word offensive, along with quite a few other animal related words such as pig and chicken.
From 1st May "cow" will officially change, to a word that is yet to be decided. Until then it will simply be referred to as "the C word", not to be confused with that other C Word which starts with C and ends with T and has four letters.
Pig and chicken have not yet been officially deemed as politically incorrect, but it is hoped these two words will be struck off as early as July this year.
Officials' biggest dilemma is what alternative phrases to use for the current words.
"I was thinking the word "KFC" for chicken, "McBeef" for cow and for pig it has to be "Banker" said the spokesman. "That should shut those frigin vegos up."
