There were widespread protests around the UK today, after a banker was heard to have made money from his job at his local bank.
The banker, who cannot be named, works for HSRBOS and is said to take home a five figure sum each year. He has claimed that the money is just "salary" and that he has paid tax on it.
One outraged protester said, "It's outrageous. This bank has been nationalised, so how dare this man take money home with him. He owes us that money, he should share it with the rest of us. These bankers are to blame for this global recession that we're in, so we should make them suffer whenever we can."
Another protest is planned tomorrow after a banker from HSRBOS was spotted buying food with money that he earned.
