In a radical new move to combat the well-known crime of murder, Tony Blair has legalised murder on Wednesdays.
A six-month "trial period" has been set up, at the end of which the results will be assessed.
It is thought that legalising killing people will take the fun out of it, putting murderers off.
The ruling is targeted at such areas as Brixton, where there are also lots of blacks.
