Whitehall - After initially denying the rumors that the Prime Minister had been attending the Eliza Doolittle School of Charm it has come to light that the PM has been regularly attending an individual class at the institution with the charms school's newest teacher, Lord Mandleson.
It is understood that Lord Mandleson had found the PM selling flowers at the houses of Parliment and made a bet with an old cohort, Tony Blair, that he could make Mr. Brown into a Prime Minister that could be taken anywhere. Mr. Blair apparently took him up on the bet. Lord Mandleson has since been feverishly working Mr. Brown towards the goal of being a presentable leader with high hopes of passing him off as a real Prime Minister at the next G8 Meeting in a years time.
Mr. Brown has often been heard joyfully humming "Wouldn't it be Loverly" to himself on numerous occasions at Nr 10.
