Four alleged Manchester gang members were arrested yesterday following an undercover sting by MI6 agents and accused of attempting to buy some pretty naughty weaponry from an undercover agent.
Inside sources revealed that the men were arrested following a meeting in the Rat And Ferret public house in Cheetham Hill.
Reports strongly suggest that the men were attempting to purchase three Apache helicopter gunships and A Harrier Jump Jet with the ultimate objective of wiping out a few city rivals, before going on to stir up a few scousers and putting the guns on a number of Essex sorts.
'Mach 10's and Uzis don't cut the mustard for these lads any more,' Rat And Ferret manager Manny Bernard told our reporting team of me. 'They're growing up. They can't be arsed with all that pea shooter stuff any more. They're looking for some proper action.'
Barmaid and part time aerobics instructor, Stella Carlsberg, 22 of Cheetham Hill declined to comment on the matter as she busy touching up her lippy.
An MI6 spokesperson declared that that the arrests were 'significant'.
A homeless man, standing directly outside the pub fell flat on his face, blind drunk, and hurt his head.
