A man has been given an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) banning him from begging anywhere in England and Wales and Scotland.
Charles Windsor visited London and Edinburgh - and occasionally Cardiff - and stood behind people at cash machines, begging for money.
PC John Plodge, of Thames Valley Police, said: 'Mr. Windsor would walk around these cities, and get complete strangers to hand him their money for no reason. He didn't even busk or anything, he just held his hand out everywhere he went.'
Mr. Windsor has also been charged with pretending to have no home, when in fact he has 3 palaces and a whole county, but his lawyer pointed out that he didn't actually own them, and so is homeless.
