Connaught Square, London - (Mercenary Mess): Ex-UK Prime Monster Tony Blair has been asked "Just who signs your pay cheque these days?" and refused to deny that it's a source at the Northern Rock Bank.

The troubled High Street lender famously blagged some $26 billion of UK taxpayers' dosh after very nearly going under in September.

Blair meanwhile has claimed to be working for some mysterious Gloal Piss Process organization called The Quartet Group - "a fictionalised mob that only exists in Tony and Cherie's imaginations" according to the Serious & Disorganised Crime Agency.

Meanwhile sources at HM Tax Inspectorate are probing claims that Blair's undeclared foreign income is connected to a bailiffs' and repo business that has won US contracts worth billions in sub-prime markets evicting poor cash-strapped folks.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
