Louis Walsh, one of the judges in ITV's novelty talent show X Factor, has admitted in an interview that he is, in fact, homeless.
Irishman Walsh, interviewed by countryman Graham Norton, said that he had been homeless since losing his property after being sacked from the show last year by his boss Simon Cowell. He has recently been given his job back.
The judge said he had stayed for short periods with Dannii Minogue at her villa in Ibiza, and at the 14-bedroom mansion of Sharon Osbourne in Los Angeles, but had been flatly refused when he asked Cowell if he could doss at one of his 18 homes.
Walsh, who used to be a dustman before he got into the music business, told Norton that his former home had been a palace, but that he now sleeps on park benches or in railway stations.
X Factor is rubbish.
