Former home secretary has been arrested today after being stopped by the police for indecently exposing his head in public.
John Reid was on his way into work when a police officer spotted him removing his hat and flashing his scalp around the bus which he has boarded.
Seeing that this was indecent exposure and would offend many people, the officer lept onto the bus and arrested him a gunpoint.
He is being held in secure cells and will be charged under the 2007 terror act, which he wrote, quite ironically as it now seems since he made his own vice of being bald on a bus illegal.
He is awaiting questioning but it is expected that he will appear in court later this month.
