With the recent ban on smoking in public area's around the UK, boffins have invented an indoor smoking device to combat the loss of working hours affecting industry.
This radical new machine will allow people to remain at their desks and have a smoke, without fear of retribution from their colleagues, or falling foul of the law.
With the appearance of a space helmet, the device may appear initially cumbersome. The user lowers the machine onto their head, whereupon a robotic arm inserts a cigarette into the users mouth and "Lights up".
The smoker can then puff away quite happily and carry on working, whilst an extraction system transfers the smoke outside the building, venting it harmlessly into the atmosphere.
Experts anticipate that the loss of office hours due to smoking breaks will diminish dramatically upon the introduction of this truly amazing contraption.
