Tempers are seething over Lord Mayor of Westminster Councillor Carolyn Keen's wanton disregard of her own Council's parking regulations.
Keen's formal limousine, a black Rolls Royce bearing the licence plate "WE 1" regularly parks on double yellow and even red lines.
Asked why she gets away without the parking fines other motorists would have to pay, an official spokesperson for City of Westminster told "The Spoof" that it is simply a matter of one law for the plebs another for her. "Her Holiness the Mayor is above the law", he insisted.
Last week Keen received planning permission and listed building consent for a two-story extension and Everest double glazing for her Victorian cottage in Lisson Grove
