London - (Ass Mess): UK Prime Monster Tony Blair has unveiled the official London 2012 Oympic logo in the 'style and title' of a Nazi swastika.
"This is our proudest moment," Blair told the press today, just hours ahead of the G8 meeting in the German town of Heiligendamm where his maternal grandfather The Fuherer is still an honorary citizen with his name emblazoned on the municipal Roll of Honor.
In London reactions to the logo have been decidedly mixed although most news coverage of the event towed the official government line praising the new Olympic symbol.
London 2012 top honcho Lord Coe said that "he wanted the branding to appeal to young people" such as the new generation of the Hitler Youth.
Blair's own view that "when people see the new brand, they will be inspired to make a positive change in their lives" was seen by political commentators as a direct result of his recent cosy chat with Pope Ratzinger who famously spent most of World War II as an officer in the Hitler Youth Corps.
Meanwhile Sports and Culture Monster Tessa Jowl told the press that: "This is an iconic brand that sums up what the new Fatherland is all about: an exclusive, national socialist movement that involves the whole country."
A warm welcome is expected in Heiligendamm on Wednesday when Blair arrives sporting his unique London 2012 logo T-Shirt.
