Grantchester - (Ass Mess): The wife of convicted perjurer and former Tory Party chairman Lord Archer has been questioned by UK fraud squad cops this morning about destroying the evidence regarding her maternity of serial plagiarist and con artiste extraordinaire JK Rowling.
Mary Archer was held at a Cambridgeshire police station this morning after a dawn raid.
Her computer, personal documents, bank account details and passport were all seized after police reveived 'literally thousands' of complaints from the public that she had falsified the birth records of her daughter.
The child went on to grow up shrouded in secrecy until she
took on the fictitious pen name of 'JK Rowling' after blackmailing and embezzling the real Harry Potter author.
"It's been a long-running saga," police sources said today.
"We've always known there has never been a 'real' JK Rowling and that the name was registered as the official pen name of a UK author who once successfully testified against jeffrey Archer's business interests with organised crime cartels linked to the Bushes.
"No one's particularly worried about all this, but we thought we'd pull in Mary today just for a bit of a giggle!"
