In a surprise outburst in the Commons today, outbound PM Tony Blair shouted "Had you back" at a surprised David Cameron.
The comment came at the end of an exchange where the PM said that when he became Prime Minister he inherited the cursed Millennium Dome, a money pit of major proportions.
"I can now step down happy in the knowledge that when you win the next election, you will have to deal with the Olympics! Had you back!"
It is now known that the 2012 Olympics will be so expensive that it will not be possible to complete it without using single mothers and their children as slave labour.
