Dumb television

The BBC is to impose a three tier licensing system to dumb down its program content even further.

Licence Class 1): £1000 Programmes featuring living people.
Licence Class 2): £200 Programmes featuring half dead people including vampires, zombies and Bruce Forsyte.
Licence Class 3): £50 Programmes featuring dead people not including Bruce Forsyte or zombies.

Class 3 will mainly consist of old movies and biographies. Class 2 will be Strictly Dancing repeats, The Two Ronalds and Porridge. Class 1 will consist of anything not dead.

The changes are thought to be an effort to compete with other Network Broadcasters providing more categorised rubbish.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
