A spy satellite has reported hundreds of tanks massing along the north side of Hadrians Wall in Northumberland. This unexpected build up of arms coincides with sightings of what appear to be tens of missile launching sites.
Alexander Salmon, the Oberminister in waiting is reported as saying that this does not contravene the 1603 Treaty of Union and as long as the rest of the U.K. capitulate unconditionally after the Independence vote next year and hand over all the oil and gas, not a missile will be launched nor a tank shell fired.
President Obama has however been asked to annihilate the arms build up with missile firing Drones. Wedding parties in the area are advised to steer clear as it is hard to tell the difference between a wedding party and 50 tanks.
