A trusted adviser to the Buckingham Palace has said that the Queen has sent Hubby the Duke of Edinburgh on a fact finding tour to a resident meeting in Hulme, Manchester;
It is thought he will be acting as a thug to test the 6 new streamlined powers that replace 19 previous measures that he had bypassed easily when last in China;
It is thought that on completion he will be awarded the CBO (Criminal Behaviour Order) and sent the the Tower of London, where his skill for escaping from Fau' Par is renowned.
