When you wear Flipper Heels, you feel as if your feet are being caressed by mermaids as you swim gracefully like a dolphin.

Timothy Hardcastle, a graduate of Dorking College of Fashion, surprised everyone with his late entry for the most prestigious fashion award on the globe.

Hardcastle, 24, owns the high fashion boutique HEELS located on the very trendy South Street. He states that ever since winning for the trendy and practical Flipper Heels Aquatic/Walking shoes his business has tripled, and he has had orders from Milan, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles.

Mr. Hardcastle began work on his designs last fall after his swimming workouts at Dorking Sports Centre. "I hated wearing flippers and walking around on the edge of the pool. It's awkward and made me feel like a penguin. Then it hit me, a flipper combined with a very fashionable heel made for walking around poolside would be perfect!"

The public agrees as Dorking residents all over are beginning to wear the Flipper Heels up and down High Street. It's evident that many aren't even on the way to or coming home from the pool. They apparently just want to look fashionable.

Jenny Groundsell, one of the first owners of Flipper Heels, is now on her second pair. She states, "It's like the song. But instead of boots being made for walking, it's flippers. And not just walking. Swimming, too!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
