London - The Russian proprietor of a UK broadshit [sic] turned up at the Leveson Inquiry on Monday in a Spoof-style stick on beard and mustache.
The camouflage falsies come after months of ribbing by tabloid hacks that Evgeny Lebedev 'is a dead ringer for James Middleton' - brother of Britain's top royal gold digger Kate.
And not forgetting their 'sister' Pippa, papped last week in Paris during daring parody of a drive-by-shooting caper.
Looking tanned, lean but decidedly shifty Lebedev dodged awkward questions about unsuccessful surgery to have his ears pinned back straight.
His mobile hacking testimony was accompanied by droplets of sweat trickling down the side of his hirsute face which grew redder and shinier by the minute with each awkward question asked.
At one point he was asked directly if he'd ever trolled at the UK's premier satire website whose 'Russian spook' picture he resembles so strongly.
"Da!...Niet! Whaddiss dis Spoof?" Lebedev demanded of Lord Leveson.
A hushed Court No 73 at the Royal Caughts of Justice remained eerily silent as the website's archive pic was broadcast on the 50-inch plasma screen....
