Labour party leader Ed Millipede was today called 'pug ugly' by presenter Humphrey Johns on the Noday show on Radio Bore.

Millipede has struggled to win approval in opinion polls recently, gaining only 20% in mori polls, less than deputy clown minister Nick Flegg. He recently sent out a tweet saying "RIP Bob Holness - loved him in Blackbusters"

The fruity exchange happened when most sensible people were still asleep - but Millipede thought he'd go on the 4am show to win over the 'sleeping voters' - and wasn't expecting the frank quote from Humphrey.

"Mr Millipede - ten years ago I interviewed Robin Cock and asked him if he fancied being the leader of the party and he replied I would but i'm too ugly - Mr Millipede do you think you share any characteristics with mr Cock?"

The younger Millipede brother replied "What are you saying Humphrey?" before the producers cut away to a weather and traffic report.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
