Tony Blair

Tony Blair has taken time off from his search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and solving the problems of Israel to put in a word to help Labour Leader Ed Miliband, who is not so popular as Tony was.

In a statement Blair said Miliband was 'far too critical of the wealthy members of society' and that he should direct his criticism towards the poor 'who are rightly being punished by God for not working hard enough'.

Labour strategists are hopeful that Miliband's popularity will escalate after Blair's helpful words. Insiders are trying to encourage Blair to speak out more openly against Miliband's leadership so that he can move into Downing Street soon. 'All it needs is for Tony to praise Cameron and he will wilt under the Blair commendation and the Coalition will crumble' announced a mole close to Spoof.

A sell out talk by Tony Blair at the Stock Exchange is expected to see stocks and shares nosedive even further heralding in a year of trouble.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
