Bradford councillor, Robert Payne, 36, who brutally killed four cats in his rented home by repeatedly smashing them against the walls, ought to be sentenced by the courts to play with the Siberian tigers in Marwell Zoo, according to local man, Martin Shuttlecock.
Crime scene photographs show walls splattered with the blood of the helpless animals, and raised alarm bells among the criminology set because behaviour of this nature is often displayed by twisted individuals who can quite easily develop into serial killers.
It is understood that evil Payne initially owned two cats, which he killed because they made noises in the night, and then went out and bought a further two cats, which he subsequently killed.
Two of the dead cats were discovered in his freezer. The reason for this was unclear.
"They should take him to Marwell Zoo and dump the bastard in with the Siberian tigers," Shuttlecock commented. "I'd love to see the prick try to swing one of those fuckers around by the tail. It'd be priceless to watch the expression on his face as those babies close in for the kill, and even better to hear his screams as the big cats claw and chew his head off. Personally, I'd pay good money to watch that."
More as we get it.
