The Scottish Premier League has decided not to release photos of Celtic's devastating 3-2 defeat at the hands of Inverness Caley Thistle last night.
The unexpected reverse could spell the end of the Parkhead club's title chances and the SFL fear that allowing film to be shown could provoke countrywide unrest and violence.
The football authorities had been discussing whether to publish images of the last minute disallowed Celtic penalty claim to counter conspiracy claims that substitute Paddy McCourt had been fouled in the box.
An SFL spokesman stated : "There are going to be some people who deny that the result is a fatal blow to the Bhoys' chances. The fact of the matter is, you won't see Neil Lennon walking round Celtic Park with the SPL flag".
"We don't trot out photos as trophies".
Celtic certainly won't have to worry about the latter.
