News just in, the German football team have been disqualified from the semi finals of the FIFA World Cup because one of their players has infiltrated the Spanish football team's hotel and spiked their hydration drinks.
Klaus Waffermeur, a reserve keeper for the three times world champs, secreted himself in the hotel toilets and, when the Spanish went out for a meal, snuck into the trainer's room and injected vodka into their water bottles. Authorities found out who the culprit was by preparing a trap into which Waffermeur was unwittingly sprung.
Spain are now into the final by the least imaginable means possible: blatant criminality by their opponent. Some critics are saying that the Spanish team have overreacted but this is the World Cup and IT matters.
Uruguay and The Netherlands will play their semi to decide who takes the other spot in the final.
NB The Spanish team have just failed a drug test and have been eliminated from the World Cup final. Unbelievable!!!!
