Ovreball

Several schools and sport institutions have begun playing a special kind of soccer known as "Ovreball." It has all the rules of soccer except that all players are allowed to handle the ball inside the 18 yard box.

In addition, the game becomes a full contact affair once inside the 18 yard box known in the new game as Tom's Box. Scoring from outside Tom's Box translate into three goals but handling the ball and putting it inside the goal like a touchdown in Rugby translates into just a goal.

The new sport named after Chelsea FC vs FC Barcelona Champions League semi-final referee, Tom Ovrebo, is already gaining a lot of admirers.

Commenting on the new game an official said that like the ancient Chinese used to put it, "Crisis and opportunity are different sides of the same coin. Tom may have given us ideas on how to play a new kind of game. You know, combine Rugby and Soccer."

Tom Ovrebo described the development as interesting and said he was humored to have the game named "Ovreball." He, however, insisted that fouls in the game should be called, "drogbanalty."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
