Formula 1 controllers have, within the past half hour, announced new rules for the Formula 1 World Championship. From the beginning of the European season, in three weeks time in Barcelona, racing will be an optional part of the race weekend for the teams.
The new regulations include points for being nice to other drivers, not being in any way innovative or clever, and moaning to the stewards. The race results will be decided in a courtroom two weeks following the race, based on merit.
Under the new rules, it is expected that Renault will win the constructor's championship by a landslide.
