The BBC are been to be taken to court by the former Liverpool midfielder turned internet pundit, Dave Pundit.
The 606 legend, recently banned by the 606 moderators is known across football forums for his witty and sometimes controversial predictions and reviews of Premiership and FA Cup matches and is bidding to have his membership reinstated and to be allowed to continue his comical commentery on all things British from John Terry to Robbie Keane.
While not being permitted to witness the preliminary hearings, I was able to secure this statement from the man himself.

Other members of the Big 4 have proven this season that St James Park is a tough place to go to, but with a leader as English as John Terry Chelsea should be able to secure all three points. If only the Toon Army had an English captain involved in their set up somewhere.
