More problems at Eastlands this morning, after it was reported that, because Brazilian star Kaka wasn't coming, Craig Bellamy has put in a transfer request only hours after signing for Manchester City.
Bellamy signed from West Ham for a fee thought to be '£13million too much', but this morning he has slapped in a request to "get the hell out of here" after Kaka snubbed a £500,000-a-week salary offer, and decided to stay in Italy at AC Milan.
The news that another Brazilian, Robinho, had walked out of the Sky Blues' training camp, and had buggered off back to Brazil, can't have instilled any confidence in Bellamy, and the Tattooed One is now expected to join Tottenham - or any one of the few other clubs he hasn't yet played for - in the coming days.
With Bellamy reneging on his contract, Kaka's snub, Robinho walking out, and various other City stars getting itchy feet now the shit has hit the fan, it seems it will only be a matter of time that the club find themselves fighting for their Premier League survival.
I don't think Sheikh Mansour would have had that in his Business Plan six months ago.
