"Swing low sweet chariot" Johnny Wilkinson yesterday

Startling news has emerged today as the BBC Sports Department has conceded that there are in fact more countries than just England competing in the Rugby Union Six Nations Championship.

This admission comes after England lost heavily yesterday to another side that played them.

Tarquin Balls, who heads up the department, told us:

"We have reason to believe that there may actually be more countries than just England competing this year. Certainly some other country beat them yesterday and we are now working round the clock to see if we can establish who it was.

The Brazilians are very good at ball games so it could be them but so far our investigations have drawn a blank"

We suggested that it may in fact have been Ireland and Mr Balls said:

"Ireland? I don't really see that ever happening do you? I mean we've got Johnny Wilkinson and he never loses"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
