David Beckham the Captain (hardly) of English World Cup (out already) team (to Portugal, no less) has announced his resignation as Captain (it's about time) along with Coach Erikson (thank god).
Beckham had been reduced to a free kicker (lame duck) and that very department (God,we suck!) has been a liability of late.
Beckham's knee (and his aim) have been the problem lately. In addition his constant habit of crying (wingebag) seems to have blurred his vision on occasion. Unlike most of us, Beckham has had a chance to fulfill (at our expense) his childhood dream to captain Team England.
