Former Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino, has said in unofficial comments that he is "not interested" in the vacant manager's position at Arsenal, only hours after former incumbent, Unai Emery was sacked.
Pochettino, himself sacked from White Hart Lane last week, could be seen lurking around Highbury on Thursday night during the Gunners' Europa League match against Eintracht Frankfurt, which they lost 2-1.
The Argentine told someone:
"I'm not interested."
Asked about, having managed Southampton, and then Spurs, whether taking the reins at Arsenal wouldn't be a 'step up', and a logical progression for himself, he replied:
"I hate Arsenal. I've always hated them. They make me sick."
