BEIRUT, Lebanon - The Strip For Jackie Movement in Lebanon has really picked up speed.
Many Lebanese people not only in Lebanon but in places like Spain, Pakistan, and Cleveland have gotten behind Lebanese Olympic skier Jackie Chamoun.
Members of the Sochi Olympics Organizing Committee discovered that Jackie had posed for a semi-nude calendar three years ago.
Chamoun said that she did the calendar at the insistence of her maternal grandmother Jezzine Kaftoura who is 84 years young.
She pointed out that she did keep most of the profits but some of the money went to The Beirut Home For Retired Camel Breeders.
Because of CalendarGate, Jackie has become one of the most recognizable bodies, ah figures in all of Sochi.
One news organization said that more people recognize her than recognize Russian President Vladimir Putin.
SIDENOTE: Jackie Chamoun confessed to Rufus Reno with Sports Balls Illustrated Daily that since the story broke she has received a total of 391 marriage proposals.
