NEW YORK CITY - The Seattle Seahawks organization was a bit tight-lipped as to why their cornerback with the horrible attitude Richard Sherman left Super Bowl 48 in the third quarter.
Sporting Chance Magazine writer Hercules Confetti said that it appeared that Sherm The Germ had hurt his ankle on one of the plays.
But Confetti said that an unnamed inside source within the Seahawks organization told him that the real reason why Sherman left the game was because his long flowing dreadlocks had gotten all tangled up and they were really hurting Richie a lot.
When Sherman was asked why he had left the game he said that he left because FOX reporter Erin Andrews was asking him too many questions on the sideline and he could not concentrate on the game so he decided to leave and go watch the game in the dressing room.
SIDENOTE: Hercules Confetti contacted Erin Andrews and informed her of Sherman's comments. She rolled her eyes and said that Shermy really needs to grow a pair.
