Yesterday, Sir Alex Ferguson was knackered by his own game, counting the minutes. United were still champions with 2 minutes to go, then a minute later the party was spoiled by an Argentinian (The English love them especially those in light blue)!
SAF had not time to question the time, but he will certainly be asking himself the question, when is a minute not a minute like he normally does when United need a bit of extra time!
Yesterday the clocks worked against him and just when he thought he had his neighbours by the "balls" another minute ticked away and they had him by the "balls"!
Time waits for nobody and Sir Alex and his team of "second-besters" learnt that lesson painfully yesterday. So the next time he hangs his watch under the noses of the fourth officials complaining about the time, he should always think back to the minute that was lost in space and turned his world (for a couple of minutes) very blue!
