Mario's Comin' Atcha! Mind Yer Head!

Last gasp penalty hero Mario Balotelli, secured a 3-2 victory for Manchester City over Tottingham Hotspurts yesterday. Despite arousing the wrath of Spuds boss, Harry Redknapp, who insisted that Balotelli should have been red carded for stamping on Scott Parker's head. An unrepentant Balotelli stated through his agent that the stamping incident was 'an accident.'

Instant replays of the Balotelli stamping incident appear to be damning, as they clearly show the turbulent young Italian with the wonky haircut, first kicking Parker as he goes down, and then stamping on his head as he lay prone on the ground.

"Mario lost it for a moment," said agent, Vito Corleone. "He didn't intend to stamp on Scott Parker's head - he was just thinking about his latest dance moves, and absent mindedly trying them out on the pitch. Harry Redknapp is puddled. In my opinion. Mario is a good boy. He phones his mum every Sunday."

"What a load of old bollocks," a disgusted Harry Redknapp opined, as he challenged Roberto Mancini to a fight in the car park.

More as we get it.
