Researchers at Cerebra University in Enid, Oklahoma have discovered that the average person now uses a mere 5% of his or her brain. This is down from the standard 10%, which was the average as recently as 4 years ago.
Scientists are baffled as to the cause of the decrease in gray matter usage. Former Vice President Al Gore, however, points to global warming as the likely culprit. "It just makes sense to suspect global warming, with its trapping of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere", Gore said. "If anybody tried to use 10% of their brain now, their head would probably explode."
