Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - (ReUterus & Ass Mess): Pathologists working on the autopsy of Anna Nicole Smith who died in a mysterious bout of dropping dead syndrome yesterday have rushed a DNA sample to federal testing labratories after Guess Genes' lawyers tried to stop the Marshall family from gagging paternity test results carried out on her and her ex billionaire oil tycoon husband in 1994.
Her former stepson E Pierce Marshall had always maintained that her marriage to his father J Howard Marshall II was illegal beause the former stripper and Playboy centrefold stunner was his illegitimate daughter. And had married him in a dubious arrangement to dodge inheritance taxes as a tax-exempt lawful widow as opposed to a bastard daughter.
Now the Guess Genes company that employed the former busty peroxide bimbette is desperate to seek a damage limitation exercise to protect itself from further ridicule.
"It would mean bankrptcy for us if the old guy had really been her dad", said a company spokesman.
