Are the aliens from outer space arriving?
No, not yet, anyway.
There's an interesting backstory here. A reporter from The Spoof, one skilled in talking and understanding "drone talk," has gotten the scoop from the nosy drone. Here's the skinny.
Apparently the drone was flying near the apartment house when he noticed that one of the residents was watching the movie "Star Wars," so he zoomed in for a better look. His intention was to hover in a shadowed area right outside the window, where he could peek in. But he miscalculated. Uh-oh. And, well, the rest is history.
The drone recovered more quickly than the apartment dweller did. The drone took a few minutes to pluck out the bits of window glass from his body. Leaving the bits of glass on the living room carpet, he was quickly on his way. Off to a drone emergency room for a quick tune-up.
He wasn't cured forever from being a Peeping Tom though. On that particular night, he told the reporter, sadly The Force just wasn't with him.
