Q: So you propose to increase the amount of fluoride in the water?
A: Yes, to prevent tooth decay. Teeth has always been of major concern to us as a nation, much more so than cancer for instance for which there is no known cure. Successive governments have always supported cancer.
Q: What about mind decay?
A: Tooth decay is more important.
Q: But there are many countries who do not use fluoridation and their teeth are perfectly okay.
A: We work under the direction of the Medical Department.
Q: I see. And government is making moves to bring down the cost of beer to coincide with this new manipulation of our drinking water?
A: Yes. People have more leisure time on account of the fact that their teeth are in good shape. Now they can watch the latest Tarantino abattoir movie on television, drink beer, munch crisps and eat Kit Kats... and, this is of greatest importance to the public's interest... the discontented get to watch people demonstrating in other parts of the world without having to leave their house or feeling they have to move an inch away from their state of indifferent narcosis.
